Tim Aidlin

I’m a UX Designer here at Microsoft in an incredible and small group of evangelists on the MIX Online team. I’ve been working as a designer for about 13 years and have had great opportunities to work with incredible clients through my work with top advertising and interactive agencies here in Seattle. I came to Microsoft after going to MIX06 in Las Vegas. MIX blew me away and made me realize Microsoft was thinking about the web differently, and I wanted to help develop that vision. Now I help guide the aesthetic and content of the MIX conferences, along with designing novel prototype web-applications and technologies. It’s pretty awesome. You can find me spreading design love at conferences and through the MIX Online site. Outside Microsoft, I’m a dad, husband, fine-artist, skateboarder, really into breakbeats, and often sleepy.
