ClearRx is a great product and Deborah is an excellent speaker. And yes, I get the message that “useability” and “understanding the customer” are key issues, that’s a useful lesson, thanks.

However this felt really inappropriate content for a Microsoft keynote. We are giving up our precious time to snatch the latest information about amazing new technologies and we are just not in the right frame of mind hear, at length, about the label on granny’s medicine bottle. It wasn’t Deborah’s fault it was just the bad scheduling.
